Gobi ki Sabzi

1.  Cauliflower                      500 gms 
2.  Ginger paste                   1 tablespoon 
3.  Oil                                  1 tablespoon 
4.  Red chilli powder              1/2 teaspoon 
5.  Coriander powder             1 teaspoon 
6.  Turmeric powder              1 teaspoon 
7.  Garam masala                  1/2 teaspoon 
8.  Amchur powder                1 teaspoon 
9.  Tomato                            1, finely chopped 
10. Salt                                 To taste

How to cook :
  • In a dish cook the oil along with the cumin seeds, covered on high mode for 1 minute.
  • Add the ginger and cook on high for another 30 seconds.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on power of 60 for 16 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.

Sooji Ka Halwa

Ingredients : SAS7Z7CTPJFU

Rawa/suji1/2 cup
Skimmed milk1 cup
Saffron (kesar)a  pinch
Green cardamom powder1/2 teaspoon
Sugar1/3 cup
Pistachios,blanched and slivered5-6

How to cook:

Dry roast the semolina in a non stick pan till fragrant. Add half cup milk and mix well. Add saffron and the remaining milk. Stir and cook for two to three minutes. Add the green cardamom powder and cook till the mixture thickens. Add the sugar, stir and cook for another three minutes. Serve, garnished with pistachio slivers. 

Aloo Jeera Ki Sabzi

Potatoes, boiled4 large
Oil4 tablespoons
Cumin seeds1 teaspoon
Saltto taste
Red chilli powder1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds,crushed1 tablespoon
Roasted cumin powder1 teaspoon
Dry mango powder (amchur)1/2 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves2 tablespoons
How to cook:
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté till it changes colour. Add salt and stir. Add red chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds, roasted cumin powder and dry mango powder. Add potato cubes and stir carefully till the masala covers all the potato cubes well. Add coriander leaves and stir. Serve hot.
