Gobi ki Sabzi


Ingredients:
 
1.  Cauliflower                      500 gms 
2.  Ginger paste                   1 tablespoon 
3.  Oil                                  1 tablespoon 
4.  Red chilli powder              1/2 teaspoon 
5.  Coriander powder             1 teaspoon 
6.  Turmeric powder              1 teaspoon 
7.  Garam masala                  1/2 teaspoon 
8.  Amchur powder                1 teaspoon 
9.  Tomato                            1, finely chopped 
10. Salt                                 To taste

How to cook :
  • In a dish cook the oil along with the cumin seeds, covered on high mode for 1 minute.
  • Add the ginger and cook on high for another 30 seconds.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on power of 60 for 16 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander and serve.
